What to Bring

We supply everything you need to catch fish.

  • In the summer: a fully equipped fishing boat, life vests, fishing gear and bait.
  • In the winter: portables, augers, heaters, vexilars, fishing rods, tackle and bait. We also clean and package your fish.

You need to bring your Minnesota Fishing License, appropriate clothing (i.e., rain gear, sweatshirts, snow gear), camera, and whatever you want to eat or drink.

At your request, we can break for lunch, but it will cut into your trip time so this is at your discretion. If you are on our launch boat, there is a grill on board so feel free to bring some hot dogs or burgers!

If you are fishing in the summer, don’t forget the sunscreen and sunglasses!

For the latest fishing report about what and how we are catching today, visit our fishing blog or catch Mike Christensen’s guide report on the Lindy Fishing Tackle Website. From that site, click the audio reports icon, then click Minnesota and look for Mike Christensen.
